Scatter Smudging

    Hi, I am new to this forum, just got around to posting finally. I got a question concerning Photoshop 7. Is there a way to use the scatter smudge effect in Photoshop 7? It's the only program I have and I see alot of people using that effect on sigs which gives alot of good outcomes.

    Like said above, unfortunately you can't smudge in Photoshop 7.
    I suggest you get the latest Photoshop version which is Photoshop CS3 ;)
