Scared And Lonely, Please Help

I know how you feel, and these people who are saying "Go out and do stuff" dont really know what theyre saying. Sure, you can do that, and you'll feel happy for a bit, but after that the feelings return. If you dont want to get serious help from a clinic, alls you can really do is wait it out and try your best.

I've been through much worse. I'm a strong person from it all. Don't sit around sulking and want some sort of attention. Just don't let it bother you. I'm depressed right now, but some how I'm mentally fighting it... I can't explain.

Anyways... Hope it all works out.

 

Get professional help, so you can live further. Most important is not to just sit around and do nothing.
