If you have the URL to a file you want to download, is there a way to pre-scan it for virus's and all of that stuff before you download it? Thanks..
I don't believe so, because to scan the file it would have to download it to temporary first, it's just a matter of trusting the source.
If it's a .zip or .rar, just download and scan using something like AVG. If it's .exe and your wary, don't bother, they edmit viruses as soon as downloaded. Good luck!
