I purchased the templates, was added on MSN, sent the psds and found only 3 layers.

I would either like a refund or for him to respond to me with the actual templates.

I sent Kerluthan a sig to be made into a tutorial OVER a month ago. He has yet to do this.

He was last on yesterday, and has been ignoring my pms (i've sent about 5 in the last week).
I sent him credits in order to be able to sell the tutorial (as stated in the thread)... and i would like:
1) credits returned
2) my (+)rep to him removed
3) he be banned for scamming

 

I have sent him a pm and notified him of this thread, he has 24 hours to post here with whats going to happen or I will issue a refund.

 

But it depends on the layers doesn't it. Have you checked them or not.

 

Does he promis the amount of layers in the thread somewhere?

3 pms... no response. I bumped the thread i bought them from 3 times as well.

? Clearly i checked them if i found only 3. 3 layers is not a template... it is either a rip, or a merged template.

For your second scam, I've removed the [+]rep that you gave him. How much did you pay for the tutorial because it looks as though he was giving out the tutorials for free. Shaggy will have to check the credit logs to verify the ammount sent.

As for the first topic, I will notify him that he has to respond here so we can resolve this problem.

 

well, for the template i see nothing wrong with it having only 3 layers ..... its template. Your suppose to cut it and code it.

I myself dont care to get a 1 layer template because i cut it and code it. So i dont see whats wrong in that.

Well, you slice the template and code it as he gave it to you, then you edit the pictures. Looking at your sig you look preatty good with ps so you shoudn't have any problem eiting images.

i thought he meant he made the actual tut was giving them out for free as if they were his.

If i were to re-sell these to another person at a site such as yaxay, i would be accused of ripping, etc. A Template for full rights generally contains all layers, because not only are you buying the template for use, you're buying it to learn.
