The render seems to be just a floating head, that's the main problem here. Plus, you need a better lighting source (brighter and near the render) and some more depth (use sharpen/blur). And, as you said, font sucks indeed. You should consider searching some text tutorials, you wouldn't regret it for sure. Even so, nice work on the background.
