i think #2 is the best, something that really catches my eye is a bit of a border on his hair~ something you could just touch up and it'd look even better (its aweseom rite now imo)

 

V2 is the best out of all of those. Overall it's very nice looking, I'm liking the effects.

 

I'm not a fan of pixel stretching, just doesn't really appeal to me, but I like the text and surrounding effects.

 

I like it! A new spin on an old style. Personally i like #1 the best.

Really not too much to say. You used an old style and put your own spin on it. nice job!

I don't really like the teal smudge right above "Sasuke", also the blur on the right edge of the text. Nice colors on the sig, though.
