    Okay ive got the game..sad i know just now...And i wanna get a car modification but the garage wont open..is it only for a specific car? cars? I want to customize my buffalo car and super gt
    BTW: modification place near ganton

    Some cars won't work because they can't be modded. And there are some cars such as lowriders and street racing cars that need to go to a special Mod store.

    Lowriders need to go to Lowrider & Co. or something, and street racing cars to Arch Angels.

    Other cars can go to a normal one.
    Some cars that can't be modded: Bus, and cars that look rare compared to normal cars.
