very.. almost confusing? it needs a lot of work. mainly on foreground effects. what you could do though is make what you already have on the left and right sides into a complex background of sorts. slight scat smudge+ apply image on new layer. blur it and then erase with a lowered opacity on the eraser. then use the rest as an FG and build effects on top, idk though.
