knight ftw..^^ brokens right armour is hell a tough and they could ride there horses over them. Did i mention horses are caoted in aromour aswell? It all depends on which period of knight your thinking about. Sure in the 600's B.C to around 600 AD samuras's ruled but.. time goes on.
So your saying a 20-50lb weapon a knight weilds, can beat a maybe 10lb MAX Katana? (I don't agree with the article) Like I said before, when the Knight is trying to swing his 20-50lb weapon how many times do you think he'd be hit by the easy to move 10lb MAX Katana? And think about what you said Cerebus, Think about the time era and the education back then.
wouldnt the samuri sword just slice right through the armor and even the chain mail? plus, somebody with skills like a samuri would be able to hit a weak point like the arm pit..
Break the chain mail, probably. Break the steel plates, I don't think so.. the best option is to chop of the knights head, or thrust into the eye hole in the helmet and into the brains
The knight was trained, and they had shields as well. They were not just blokes that didn't know what they were doing. They knew how to fight. lol
