Ok well I am not sure if you did it (Pretty sure you did though) but I don't like the smudging thing over the screen personally. i know it adds to the whole eerie, misty feel but I am personally not digging it. That's just me. I also think the text should be a bit bigger and not have the blue thing behind it. Just my opinion as you said you wanted it. ^_^ I am no expert though so think nothing of it.
IMO the text would be fine if you changed the color of the red text to a nice navy blue or army green. Besides that, the piece looks pretty clichè, not much interest tbh.
Erm I think it looks really cool ^^ Don't really have any CnC, I'm afraid. I just think its fine the way it is.
The creature looks really low quality, eughh, I love the concept feel, definately a good job regardless.
