Sadness

On Today Tonight, Monday 16th 2006. They showed a story about animal cruelity.

There was a man riding on a bull and the bull bucked him off but fell overin the process and broke it's back. I started crying, they made it walk back to it's little area and left it there for somewhat hours and it was in destress dragging it's back legs around and never staying still. They then went to get it on the truck and by that time it was crippled. It managed to drag it self to the bottom of the ramp and gave up, a man then jumped on the fence and started kicking it in the head to try and get it to move. I am crying as I write this. After getting it on the truck they finaly got it to the vet and got it put down.

They should have put it out of it's misery as soon as it broke it's back.

 

So... like... you expect them to kill them once it broke its back? Considering they are already torturing the bull as soon as it broke its back, I don't think they'd be nice enough to gas the bull to death. They might even slowly dismember it or slice its throat till it bleeds to death, so... maybe death in their hands isn't such a good idea actually.

Who cares, animals feel pain, humans feel pain, Humans don't feel more or less pain then an animal, if you broke your back you'd feel the same exact thing. Just because a person looks more like us does not mean they are more important, even if an animal can't think as much as us, the still have nerves through out they're whole body that can feel that pain, and you say who cares? But that's the human mentality, aslong as somthing is not happening to you or a loved one, you don't care.

Even though a human just died of hunger right now, another animal died of probably the same causes, but they're both problems that need attending and need to be treated on the same level.
Animals feel pain just like humans do.
Humans are animals as well.
Just because some are smaller it doesn't mean we can have the upper hand and torture them as much as we can <_<
