    I do argree with X'ed though its one of many ways to add depth and thats by taking detail out of the surroundings.

    Thats properly a good thing, other wise i would suggest you either watch too much tv or are on some sort of drug.

    ^ yea i thought so too, but with the border the text needed to come up like 2 or 3 nudges but i CBF changing it so im just using no text.

    If you look close to the left you will see, i tried to seperate the ink lines from the octapus, by cutting the effect away in marquee sections ... I think it turned out well.
