    I see this weird edge just below his chin... ALso, the right (left for him then :P) side of his head is blurred ;) try making it sharper but keeping the bg just as blurred

    text is ok imo
    colors are a bit wierd, though.
    But yeah, practically what everyone else said (Sharpening and Lighting).
    But pretty nice overall :)
