I would like to be a moderator because i have been at GR for a while now, and i want to help out the community because the community has helped me. Ive been here watching all the problems and i really want to help and fix some of those problems. Ive always loved graphics and Ive always loved helping out the community. I respect most members of GR and every single staff member, and i would love to be able to be a part of the great staff at GR. I feel i have made a pretty good name for myself here at GR with SM and with other things. I've always had good things said about me and as far as I know, no bad things. GR has become pretty important to me, and i really do care about everyone in it. I know i can do the job, and I would love to be a part of the amazing staff here. 2. The biggest thing i would try to do is to address everyone's problems quickly. When people post about their problems they want a reply so they know that they are being listened to. Sometimes it takes a while for a post from a staff member, and that is obviously because you guys are busy, but people like to know that they ARE being helped, and a quick post from a staff member will help. I also want to make sure that we listen to every suggestion. I would make sure that the suggestion is being thought about, not just ignored. I also want to help control and find the members who break the rules, obviously. People who just run around the forum flaming people need a lesson. Criticism is obviously fine as long as its just criticism and not flaming. I want people to post their opinion instead of attacking others' opinions, and I would help control all of these things. I would do everything that the current staff does and then more. 3. I have been a moderator and admin at around a dozen forums. 5 or 6 of them have been very small forums with less than 1000 members. 5 or 6 of them have been bigger forums with around or more than 1000 members. None have been as big as GR, but thats because GR is massive. Some specific examples are: Global Moderator and Admin at Pixelated paradise. Admin at Elemental Evolution. Global Moderator at MegaDeus. Global Mod at SigBattle. Global Moderator at TechGFX. 4. I am usually on around 1.5+ hours everyday. Obviously some days im busier than others, and sometimes something comes up and im not able to get on, and some days i can be on more than 3 hours. But roughly, i get on a pretty steady amount of at least 12+ hours a week, weekends i am on sometimes more than 3 hours a day, so 12 is just a rough, low number. And I would be on as much as I can if I become staff so I can help out. 5. I think, and have been told that i am pretty good at graphics. I wont mention NSL ratings, but ill show some of my work. ^ made 100% in photoshop^ I'd like to thank the staff for reading this and for considering me as a member of the staff. I really think I would make a good addition, and I really do care for GameRenders. I appreciate everything the staff has done for me and GR so far, and Im sure you guys will continue to do so, and I would love to be a part of it. Thank you
