actually very moderate smoking is gd, same as moderate drinking, everything is bad for you, if you use it in extreme measures.

 

no what happens is your body starts to feel bad and your brain says " remeber that cigarrete you smoked, how good it felt" and wala you are smoking a pack a day, smoking is also a despresent no matter ho much u smoke it u'll be depressed

 

not really, like i said, moderate smoking can help. its when you constantly smoke, when your body experences depression and cr.p like that.
