The GameRender rules have been updated for several areas, and GameRenders in general.

The rules can be found: here.

The areas that have been updated, include:
    - GameRenders in general
    - Reputation
    - Marketplace areas (Auction room, Offers & Services, etc)

One of the major areas coming soon, will include fines & how much you can be fined for.

Any feedback is welcome, I included a majority of the changes in bold for those who don't read the topic daily ;)

The reasons we decided to not allow people to sell their GameRender accounts, is for several good reasons in my opinion.

    Here's a few:
    - Reputation on the account. Its not earned.
    - Often people spam on these names, to just sell them later on. So its ENCOURAGING people to spam.
    - We have a IP block on registering more then one name, for a reason. We're going to be cracking down on this soon, as we get closer to the compeletion of the new site.

Not to mention the confusion, it causes for moderators. If you sold a account with 30% warning level, and a moderator saw that name doing something bad, we're going to assume, from past experiences the person hasn't learned, and it can result in a long suspension, or possible ban.

As soon as the fine list is reviewed by the staff, and released...you'll see credits turned on as well.

I promise you, we think of all this stuff before releasing it, and its often for the best.

Please give more detail on what you mean, i can barely understand you.

.Lost theirs no rule about having more then one account, from the past. Its just a matter of selling accounts and recreating new ones.

MIKE13- learn to read, just a few post above yours.

It's called being responsible. You're supposed to keep up to date with the rules where you are. The staff can't be blamed, and you shouldn't make a big deal about these things when you're supposed to keep yourself updated with whats in place. If you're a responsible member, then these shouldn't effect you in the least. Except the whole credit deal, but that will be over with soon.

Most of these rules are pretty straightforward, and you even read the "rules" post..you'll find that most of it is common sense, or just explaining & giving you some information on how some sections work.

People will only be fined for spamming, giving out false -reps or +reps, and a few other major reasons. Personally, i saw no one complaining about moderators being able to hand out fines, and i doubt we'll see any major ones, once the guidelines are posted about it.

Don't make assumptions, because quite honestly..your using your personal opinion, and you haven't been around GameRenders long enough to form one. You'll find a majority of the moderator team is relaxed, and really the only thing we really hate is advertisers and rippers.
