Router Problem

Ok some reason my router is playing up. It had been working fine for a while, but since last week I keep getting discounted I.E my interent keeps reseting/timing out on my 360 and pc

i RANG UP BELKING AND THEY WAS SO UNHELPFULL COULDNT BELEAVE IT.

You think it could be overheated?

 

ok check the phone socket conection and the adsl filter isnt broken etc also make sure something hasnt just reset its self

 

is it wireless?

i have a wireless router and i live on residence....with no password on that thing i had 20 ppl connected within 5 min and i was getting kicked off everything every other sec.
