It's a series of using a c4d then touching it up with topaz then various filters and curve layers as I go along, then I used the render again to create the depth and background with various touches of filters and blurring techs and a bunch of other stuff, this one took me a long to to finish

awesome. this is what it says if any1 here cant read for beans.
AS I LAY HERE F*CKED UP I SEE MY FACE IN THE SHALLOW WATER
TO MUCH LIKE THE DAYS OF WAR DO I SEE THE LOATHING INSIDE US ALL
TORTURING THE VERY GRASP WE HAVE TO A REAL LIFE OUTSIDE THE BOX
NEVER AGAIN WILL WE SEE THE BEAUTY IN LIFE
I DO SEE THE DESTRUCTION AND I YURN FOR IT BODIES OF THE DEAD IN WROUGHT POOLS OF BLOOD
THE INFECTIOUS VIRUS CALLED THE HUMAN RACE WIPED CLEAN ARTISTIC TRADGEDY WILL BE IN THE END TO OUR REIGN
ONLY THE C0CKROACHES WILL SEE THE NEW BEGINNING
THE DAY OF DESTINY IS HERE
WAKE UP AS IF IT WHERE ON PURPOSE
LOOK AT EVERYTHING AS IF IT WHERE ORIGINAL
LONG CEASE THE LONG FELT END
EMBRACE DESTRUCTION FOR IT WILL CREATE A BETTER FUTURE
