Sounds to me... if you released a psd for people to use it isn't ripping. If you didn't want other people using your work, you shouldn't have given out the psd. Simple as that.
i find that if you have your work ripped you gotta be doing something good, otherwise they wouldnt rip then so i think the more times your ripped the better you are at gfx. This is just my idea about it.
