Ripping Question

I have a question on ripping.

If someone posts a tutorial and if someone followed it to a T is that ripping?

Multi question

If I use the same stock,and resources is it ripping?
If I use different stock and different resources is it ripping?

If I do use the same stuff and I make it can it be sold full rights?
If I use different stock and resources can it be sold full rights?



I figured id ask these questions because there has been alot of posts in the ripping part of the forum lately and id like the air a bit clearer around me.

 

if you made something all yourself but looks like it, it isn't ripping when you're gonna use recources out of somebody elses psd it is.

its not ripping, your version will be different cos you wont get it exactly the same
