well there isnt no warnings in this sutiation. Just beause he is a mod doesnt let him get a "get out of ban card" so if others have been banned for ripping same goes for everyone.

Along with that I dont want to see Llama hiring a new mod or admin and it could be possiblity of BFTP back on a new name. I think he should be treated like everyone else

Awhile back their was no rights. You just bought them and stuch. I don't think he would habe but claiming rights on them, but you never know. Did you think about a well-detailed tutorial? Walkthrough from the creator? Think about all the possibilities don't accuse someone for ripping something you don't even know it is true. There is not enough evidence to prove it.
