Its funny because the only people I have heard reject it are Microsoft fanyboys - why is that not surprising?

Thats the thing though, you never see any good FPS games come out for Gamecube or whatever nintendo makes. They just make the childish games like picmin or whatever where you run around and try to make an army of pickles and carrots.. [/b][/quote]
Metroid Prime was a great FPS, although i would call it a First Person Adventure. Still dont bash Nintendo coz you think all their games are childish.

You should also know that Microsoft didnt make any great FPSs. Bungie did. Halo was originally for the Mac if you didnt know.

Here are some more pics of the ahem..controller.

It looks stupid but it sounds cool. I will reserve my judgement until I try it out.

THe creater was influenced by Shigeru in fact.

Anyhoo, I'm also another fanboy who admits Nintendo has flaws. I'm not a biased fanboy like some of us are. Like someone said, if we keep our knowledge of our fave company with flaws discreet, we start bashing other companies. I guess some Nintendo haters don't read... (No Offense)
I'm thinking of a phobia of video game innovation, no?

i havent read the hole of this thread but ive got summat to say

most people say the gamecube was crap and less powerfull, but achually have any of you ever played such games as Etearnal Darkness? you also say mario is childish and zelda wind waker the same id like to see some sony and microsoft fan boys take on mario sunshine and get all the shine sprites , and once you have done that play starfox adventures and the wind waker, mario kart dobbule dash and f-zero then come back and tell me the game cube was rubbish, in acual fact the game cube can run 10x its raw power makeing it more powefull than the xbox or ps2.

now the nintendo revolution kicks ass it is amazing and its control system is amazing, 3d tilt sensors that is better than gyroscope, this makes nintendo the first company to have 3d controls that put you in the game, do your reasearch and you will find nintendo are amazing.

my therory on why some people dont like nintendo is because , they missed out on the nes and snes genarations, poor souls.

Everyone missing the point of this, if done correctly this could revolutionise the way we play games. Just because it's different doesn't mean it's gonna suck. Just look at when the N64 came out, that controller got slated but it became a design that has been copied by all the other consoles. Just imaging playin a fps with that it would be awesome.

I support you Rodifan, it's nice to have another fanboy who realises that the console is flawed. It doesn't matter what flaws it has, it just depends on the type of people who play it. I can say honestly here, that I prefer Rpgs, such as Mario Sunshine or Zelda in comparison to some of the more "grown up" rpgs on the PS2. It just depends on the type of person really.

I have faith in Nintendo though with this controller, I mean they always have been the kings of innovation. I will just read the advanced reviews on the consoles a lot closer now, just to see what the reviewers think of it.
