    Capcom vs SNK 2

Platform: Arcade, Gamecube, X-Box and PS2

    Online: Yup

Capcom and SNK have been competitors since the beginning of the video game industry. Both have been competiting between there King of Fighters and the Street Fighters. Now they put all of that to make aside and now they make one good fighting game. If you played the first Capcom vs SNK you about all the bugs and the un responsive controls. Now they have fixed most of these problems to create a unique syle of 2d fighting.

Again it is back to 3 on 3 fighting, but it is not as fast or furious as the vs series between Capcom vs Marvel. It is back to basics with this fighting game. No ridiculas combos from out of nowhere, just one on one fighting. There a six different grooves or fighting styles to choose from. So pretty much you can play to your own fighting style.

The controls are pretty easy to learn for all of the systems. They are the basic high kick, low kick, high puch and low punch. The controls will take a while to get used on the gamecube version.

The sounds have remade and graphics have been updated. Most of the sprites have been redone except a couple of handfull of characters like Sagat. All of the move animations have been redone to make the game feel more updated. Frame rate is top notch, so there will be no slow downs for anything.

Online play is really barebone. You go online and then you go off, you cannot even see the name of your oppenent. There is like a couple of seconds where there is loading time between characters, but you wont care when you are in the moment of combat.

Overall, if you like 2d fighting in a more realistic type of way...Then pick up this game.
