version 2 without the border, but its really blurry, sharpen the focal and post another version

also add some lighting and some c4d's near the focal to give it more effects

    finally remove text

It is an underwater signature so I will probably let it that blurry.
I rippled the C4D render, that is why it is hard to see them, I will
remove the text and post another version laateron!
I may add some more C4Ds then later.

Btw.: v2 without the border is v3. :D

Theres to much black on the left side, and it feels really unbalanced. Theres pretty much nothing on the right.

Looks more of smoke, rather then underwater.. Maybe add in some more water textures?

    Clear the Render A Bit.

Not liking the finish, try to bring obito out more, sharpen him up but you have to strip it right back to the original render before you do that other wise to wiill sharpen that wave effect over him. This will create good depth in your work.. Think about when you look at a few points over a long distance, the further way you get the less detail and more blur you get, this also applies to art it creates a sence of depth in a otherwise flat image.

    Just a suggestion.

I also think that Obito is over-effected. -_-
An underwater sig can be under water without obscuring the render. ;)
I'm not good at "underwater" stuff, but I've seen it done. It can be done. ;)

    Work on it.
Maybe instead of like bubblyness, go for like some wavvey stuff on the effects
and beams of light for lighting. Not too strong though. Like realistic.
A good way to get some ideas for under water lighting and stuff is to look up some
    real pics. ;)

    Keep it up,
this is how you get better. ^_^

doesn't look underwater siggie at all...i think u should work on the back ground a little too maybe add some small fishes in the background, and as others said add some water textures...don't know what is all around the render and their is also some thing on the obito's face which takes aways some attention from the render...since it doesn't look underwater siggie at all there is no real depth...i think you need to work on pretty much every thing man
