Restarting Instead Of Shutting Down

    whenever i press shut down on one of my pc's, it restarts. I use the start shut down way. reinstalled windows 4 times, still nothing keeps restarting when pressed shut down. also changed the psu, still no change...

    You mean pressing the button? There is a setting for it somewhere, I'll find it and edit.
    EDIT: Properties on desktop>Screensaver>Power>Advanced - "When I press the power button on my computer"
