But you just said you have to give away the PSDs for LR, if you do an artpack, but if we do an artpack, not everyone would want to release it.
If you don't like this idea, then forfeit/remove your crew from GR. The whole point is to give back to the community. Showing off your work is nothing different than what every crew has done as of yet, with a few exceptions. Let some people see how your work was made. That's the purpose of this. Or release simple resouces, so that you don't have to release your artwork.
Agreed, very well put Renegade. There's no reason to be all like "I don't wanna submit my PSD." Jeez, it's only for LRs. And plus it's not like you'd be doing it at your expense. This is to help the GR community.
is there any way you can make the members have a certain amount of posts before they can access them? i don't want people who just joined to come here, just mooching off my crews work, just to layer rip our tags? not saying all new people do, its just that they're more likely to
I don't see why they would. It's for the entire community. To be honest, it would be like giving only white people certain resources. Stupid analogy, but same concept. If someone layer rips you, consider it a compliment. They think you are good enough to rip from.
you are correct a artpack only consist of images and usually is a tag wall, website or a animation or sorts. A resource pack consist of psd's, tutorials, c4d's, stock's and etc.
