I got a reseller account with ilovehost, and a domain with netfirms. Changed the netfirms nameservers to ilovehost.org, got my account all set up but i cannot log into cpanel or whm for some reason? At first we thought it was because the nameservers needed updating its been at least a day and still nothing. So i emailed netfirms and asked them does it need updating they said its nothing to do with that? So im lost any ideas please Thanks.
ilove's nameservers are, i belive, Code: ns1.woeps.com ns2.woeps.com Make sure they are correct and do you get any error when logging into cpanel? the port and usage for cpanel is http://www.*sitename*.com:2082
its ilovehost.org mate ns1.ilovehost.org ns2.ilovehost.org ill try them name servers though, i dont get any error the box just dissapears for a seconds and comes back with the username and password fields blank
ilovehost is another domain for woeps and that error means you have an incorrect username and or password.
