We cant do that, because it has a watermark! its against the rules

 

Actually it's not against the rules to vector anything, you're still creating your own artwork. All you would be doing is using it as a reference and there's no copyright infringement against that.

what i will say is that no one will do this most likly. cause well if i was to vector it i would keep it for personal use and not want to share it.

Do you only have 100 or so credits on your account? If so, I strongly doubt anybody would do this for you.
I've tried to get some vectoring work done in the past, it costs an arm and a leg.

 

I like the image and I'm vectoring it right now in photoshop. I'll give you the vector for 100 credits. I feel... generous, today. For it's a friday.
