    That kind of work takes a very long time.. Im not sure anyone would be willing to do it for that amount, i tried everywhere a while back and even offered USD :(

    Though good luck finding someone, and if you do find anyone decent.. please let me know as i have been looking for a good artist who can vector well for a while :)
