[req] Text And Border

Hello, hoping someone can help me out with these by adding some slick text saying "Shadow Elite" , and a 3 px border to each. Any other snazzy touch ups appreciated . Ill pay however many credits I have when they are completed (above what I have now)

Ill leave the text to artists discretion, as long as it fits in with the covert op theme. Cheers if anyone can help

ill try, u should put an anti rip on these

Man I love em, but is there any chance you can use the bottom set of text on the top sig, so I can see what it looks like. Ill sort out your credits in a bit.
