[req] Template

Okay,
So im looking for a template for my website that will offer free Forum Installation (Invision Power Board, vBulletin, PhpBB, etc) We are also going to sell hosting so i need a template that can work for both! I want the template to look very sleek and just all around ----- and fun. A full list of the details will be stated below:

-Style: Sleek, Fun, Colorful, And -----.
-Color: Just make it look fun and sleek

I am willing to pay around 10-15 USD. You must show me a preview of it. Also i dont want every page to be the same layout i was each page to be differn't like the same colors and stuff but not the same amount of boxs, etc...The preview does not have to be coded ofcourse but the final copy does!

Areas Of Template: Home, FAQ, Contact Us, Forum, Hosting, Forum Installation. and anything else you can think of that seems good!
