Title says it all: I need a person who knows his way around flash. Doing a porject and need something done in Flash. It involves writing on some old paper. Dunno if it's possible/ or easy but I'd like writing to appear on old paper and if possible, a pen that follows the text around, as if it were actually being written. I can pay in credits only for the moment.
