[req]need A Php Tutorial System Made

I need a tutorial system made for my forum (link if you would need it).

what I need
* Fully and easy adaptable.
* An add.php file so that people can add tuts by clicking a link.
* variables like name, title, message, ...
* The ability to place a small 40x40 pixel image with it.

Now I've seen several tuts on the internet on how to create this, but I dunno squat about php so that's why I'm asking here.

If you're interested, say so here or simply pm me.
When you getthe job done in a good way, I'll pay $10 through paypal.

I'll give it a go when I get home... I'll PM you once I get it finished.
