(req) Need A Logo

I need a logo for my gamebattles team, it needs to say The Ocracy, not the O 500 creds if I see one I like.

^^ Something around that size, don't want it to look like that though, that's a screenshot of my background
I would also like it to have more of a clean ----- look, maybe like a circle with The Ocracy in it or something like that.
If it helps anyone this is a Halo 3 Gamebattles team

cuz i have nothing to go on at moment other than the size . . . . . .

 

i also gave it a try .. the size is VERY hard to work with
wouldn't it be easier to make it bigger and then make it smaller ?
