[req]lil Wayne Sig +cred

Hello, I would like someone to make me a sig for some creds. This is what I want:

Colors: Pink, Light Blue, White

Words: weaVee da boss [ Note: I do want the "V" in weaVee to be capitalized ]
Texture: Nothing Special..Designers Choice

Animation: IF POSSIBLE: I would like it to start a flash of words saying "I Make It Rain" then that fades away then it fades back in with "Now You Goin' Need A Boat"

Size: However much size you need to finish this sig or banner with my requirements I want

Render:

I am willing to pay anywhere from 300-ALL MY CREDS for this sig done, if you do all my requirements you are GUARENTEED 400 creds ( This doesn't mean your going to just get 400 creds because most likely ull get more..just a guarentee) but if you dont add the animation 300 creds will be rewarded..ALL MY CREDS if you do an amazing job..and add everything I want and I just love it!

You can't offer rep as a payment, and you never stated what type of right you wanted to buy, but for that price, I'm assuming your buying full rights and wearing rights?

Just to clear things up: You can not offer to pay someone with a rep or offer to rep them if they do somthing for you. However if you take all the offers of rep out of the topic and then just rep them when they do it, it is fine.

It just stops people "buying rep".

 

Yea sorry m8...what they are saying is right. You can not even mention +rep....stating that is basically like saying that is part of the payment/reward.
