Yeah, Catapult owns it from the looks of it. Few of his threads say he's looking for a tut writer, so possibly for that sig (dunno for sure 'cos he keeps editing his posts). Doesn't look like he released a tut on it either (if a tut was made that is...)

 

Rogue is the original creator but he sold it to ferret who sold it to Catapult
