[req] Header & Matching Icon.

On my website I am doing a tribute to this guy that is being inducted into the Hall of Fame and I want a littler graphic like a header or a sig that will go above the tribute to him and I also need a matching avatar or an icon that I will use as a button to link to the page where the tribute is.

I need these to both blend into a white background or look good on a white background.

HEADER
Size: approx 600 wide by any hieght.
Theme: I am thinking kind of a black and white/transparent theme the pictures I provided are not that good of res so maybie a little distored FX or somthing
Text: Tom Krepps I am looking for a unique font here that captures a tough wrestler kind of guy

ICON
Size: Can not be larger then 160 in width. Hieght doesn't really matter? Maybie 155x155 as long as it isn't wider then 160 it is perfect.
Theme: Match the above header.

I've tried something.. isn't something like unbelievable or that, but the renders didn't give many outcomes either..I've tried to keep it B&W so it matches the website..
