    In all honesty though...the winner could receive 10k credits and then contract someone else for the ipb template. It isn't like they won't have credits to do that.

    Or they could talk to someone now and say "Let's enter this contest. If we win with my banner, and your IPB template, we can split the crds 50/50"

    A multitude of choices. It just takes a little initiative and figure out how to maximize their opportunity.

    I think people arent entering because of the theme. Not everyone plays Elder Scrolls IV (including me) & they dont know what to do in this situation. Other reasons may be that some people arent good at banners while others that are good are busy doing other things. But i think its mostly because of the first reason
