can someone give me a link for those outlined only brushes like where it says mecc

 

I think its arial, to make 1 just type your text put the text colour and put the layer fill to 0(makes the text invisible) and add a 1px stroke black\what ever colour you want

and you have what you are looking for

 

Well the actually font with the outline that people use is called Helvetica outline which is a commerical font

yes it's 20 bucks for one font and guess what, the designers fo the fonts need to make a living so the fonts cost a lot as it takes them a long time to get it just right
