To activate a paypal you need to put a credit card or bank account in so you can take money out. I doubt anyone will do that.

 

well i dont have either of those thats why im asking, its not like ill take money out, cause then ill get sued for like 100000x that much money lol

since they are putting their virtual siganture by giving you the card deatils, they cant sue, and just get a bank account, its not hard lol

 

^Yeah just go down to the local bank with passport and get a bank account, takes 2 minutes. Also how old are you to not have a bank account?
