[req] 500 Credit Logo Contest

Alrighty folks, I'd like to get a nice looking professional logo for my site. Some examples of what I mean could be found here:

Basically I'm looking for a symbol and text combo (or text in a cool shape, whatever works) that's simple enough to be placed into other things, but not too simple.

It will be used in/for the following things:
-Included in the main banner of the site
-Included in Affiliate buttons
-A stand alone symbol for the site
-Merchandise (the logo will be put onto clothing/mugs/mouse pads/etc.)
-So forth...

Now for some of the specs:

Size: The logo shape (rectangle, square…) doesn’t matter, it just needs to be somewhat large. It needs to have a large number of pixels because it will be enlarged for merchandise… it can always be downsized for banners and what not (or you can provide the smaller size as well if you like).

Background: The background needs to be transparent (again, for the above purposes). You are welcome to include different formats or animation, but there must be one still version of it of a good size.

Colors: Colors are also flexible... blues, grays, blacks, and whites seem to be the general theme around the site, but they aren't deadlocked. We will probably be using the following template for the main site, so something that works with it would be great:

Vector style is really doing the best right now... it allows for enlargement, and usually leaves a simple, clean logo.

Keep the images coming, they are looking great!!

ill give it a go, oh and i would pick template no.2 , looks much nicer and logos would fit better with it

 

I have attempted a few times, this gives you a few to pick from, the balloon one i made was a mistake, i was making something else when it came out pretty cool lol

(will take out blurryness of text and dots on baloon logo if thats the one u want
