The reputation system is basically an indication of how much people value you. How do I gain reputation? Reputation is controlled by other people, if they believe that you have been helpful around the forum (for example making renders or creating sigs) then they may elect to increase your reputation. However if they find that you have been doing something negative (such as ripping, flaming etc) then they may choose to decrease your reputation. How do I give/remove reputation from someone? When someone has posted, their statistics to the left of them features a row for reputation. If you want to increase someone's reputation then press the + and if you want to decrease it then press the - . You must also state why you increased/decreased the persons reputation by filling in the form when you press the above symbols. Note that you must have over 20 posts to use the reputation system, and you can only increase/decrease the same person's reputation every 10 days. He/she decreased my reputation for no reason! If you believe someone decreased your reputation for an invalid reason, then it can be removed. To achieve this, you must PM an administrator. Repeat or serious offences with misuse of the reputation system can result in being restricted from using it.
