Text sucks, try to use a smaller font on this one i think it would look better.
Also work on the colors, they look dull and boring. Adding more contrast to em would also help with the depth i think.
And the lighting is a tad strong.

Not bad, but you can do better.

Get rid of the grayness. Besides the contrast like they said.

The text doesnt actually suck. In my opinion it works quite well. Its soft and doesnt steal from the sig.

Lighting however is off. You've got it on the correct side, however its going the wrong way. In this sig it seems angled from bottom to top, making it clash with the lighting on the face, if you moved it up and changed the angle slightly more perpendicular to the left side it would work better.

Another way you just be to change the angle so that it faces him and leave it low like it is.

Lastly the washed out colours dont add much. Sometimes they work, but in this case it just seems like your light source overpowered the colours when you tried to soften it down. A simple contrast layer or even a black and white gradient map set to softlight/overlay should do wonders for this sig.

All in all a good piece but it has alot of potential waiting to be unleashed :D

Alright, reworked it a little bit. Still need to fix lighting, went black and white because of coloring mess ups.
