Reprimands: Test Topic [insert Name Of Individual]

In order to keep it formal, and also easy to keep track of multiple reprimands of individuals...i suggest we do it something like this.

If you cannot find a members name in here(use the search feature after we get past the first page), post a new topic with their name in the topic title.

Use a format similar to:

Code:

Name of individual:
Reason for suspending:
Length/time of suspension:
If not suspended, please let us know he/she has been banned.
If banned, please let us know if the individual was IP banned.
Post any evidence to back up reason for suspending. This can be a screenshot, or quote of a topic someone posted: if for example, the person ripped

Failure to post a suspension or ban from this day on will mean possible punishment/strike towards you. It implies your possibly trying to hide something.
