Replacer

    I was reading a tut on here on how to get windows xp theme, and it says you need this program Replacer..so i downloaded it then i ran the cmd then i got this error...what should i do?

    I've never looked at that guide, but I would reccomend just using WindowsBlinds... very easy to set up. www.stardock.con
