I neg repped Rummage for spamming my auction here.

I clearly said no spamming/complaining at the beginning of the auction, he posts without bidding, which IMO is spam. I let him off, he does it again so I neg rep him.

He neg rep me backs for "It's not spam, I just pointed out the rule, and proved it to you." which isn't a reason for a neg rep at all - just a revenge rep.

You don't neg rep people when they neg rep you.

I -repped you because I asked you to stop posting, and you posted again.

You revenge repped me. Or give me a valid reason why you did it.

I rep you for rep abuse, just because someone points out the rules is no reason to rep them. Especially when he is asked "Where does it say that"

When someone is post a referral link in the offers and request thread, and people say edit your post because this isn't allowed. Does the thread starter say no thanks and -reps them.

As for the second post, you said Where does it say that? So I posted again and showed you ;)

If you have a problem with a rep. You post here. Not take it into your own hands and rep them back. That's revenge repping.

I told you to go away. You came back so I neg repped you. Simple as. You then break the rules yourself. Maybe you should think about what your doing instead of being so worried about everyone else.

If there was a problem. It would have been closed, as I said in the thread. And people wouldn't be bidding on it.

+ It was in auctions. Not offers and requests. I already stated at the beginning no spamming/complaining. You weren't bidding, so you weren't involved in any way. If a bidder had said something, then I would have thought about what to do. In my auctions, if your posting and not a bidder, your spamming. I'll give you a chance, like I did you, but then I'll neg rep you.

i can't edit your rep, you'll have to wait for an admin.

But to be honest, if it were up to me, I'd remove both the -rep, including the one you've giving out to Rummage.
I mean, what kind of an attitude is that from your side? Frankly you have no reason to complain he revenge repped you since you basically did the same to him...

Guys, only the people involved/staff are supposed to post here.

Rep cannot be removed AT ALL since the system is broken. Nothing can be done about the rep at this time.
