Yea, this is a method to do mass hair ends. Not hair stands like the ones *blood* does. It works like a charm when you wanna add some realistic feel to the ends of hair that normally would look like blocks if you're lazy.

I know how he does the hair on his renders, its the same method i use. I figured it out after taken a uber complex hair strand pic and spending several hours messing with it..Mite post a tut later.

Hrm, this works when the hair is stringy, but not when it's nappy, or a tad on the fuzzy side. Nice tut though.

    thanks all ^^.

this is a less time consuming way of touching up hair ends, when you wanna give it a real hair texture feel.

    glad evry one enjoyed it.

No Offence Intended What So Ever

it's not a bad tut for people that just want to get it done and it look ok.........i have my own method and it works wonders but unfortunitly i can't write tuts worth a damn

[edit] but i am very glad you took the time to make this tut.....hopefully alot of people will move to the method from their non-hair rendering ways and the renders in the forums start to look atleast a lil better.....2 thumbs up for you
