Just link to the site where you got them from on the page that shows the pic, not the full image. :\

I agree with the new rule but I think it will stop alot of people from posting their renders here. If they got their renders from some "secret site" or "unknown site" that not alot of people know about I don't think that person wants everyone to render the pics that they were going to do...

    just my two cents

You could always pm a mod with the secret wallpaper site you have , it wont go any further , your renders are good , seem a shame to loose yours ;)

Umm, I apologise for asking this again, but would "trusted"/noble/members whom have a good reputation be able to "avoid"/not need to post the links to the renders?

As some of mine are requests from people and I don't have the origina link...

I think its tough on many users as it takes away alot of "freedom", and makes you ask your self who was the dude who once said "the internet is or was gonna be a free place".

This net wouldnt be so popular with any of you and thats a fact, however you also gotto think about the first person who produced that image and put into all those efforts...i would say f these guys just remember the original owner, remendin us about that is absolutely the right thing to do..........but i wont considered to be a "rule" more like a remainder or a notice....or would you?

Anyways, i personally dont render i just request, if u guys stop postin those renders coz of this issues then i dont know what im gonna request on this FORUM/

C'on guys do we have a Union Leader :D im tellin u this forum should think about having those moderators as well as a Union Leader for us users....

why dont we vote on this issue before they impose it?
    can we mr Admin?

if that doesnt work, just go to Google then click on images and every one do the same....everyone just put GOOGLE...whats the chance that google can find that image even if u didnt get it from them?

    99.9%

    try it.

at the end, i think its the right thing to do to acknowledge the primary owner of that product....

i wouldnt want anyone using my work with out givin me credit/

    U guys decide.

    --------peace---------out.

no merci. this time :D .

Um, well, I think that EddieD is sort of right. What if you do have a secret wallpaper source?

i understand the DA thing, but fer god sakes......i usta like this site till all the stupid rules came along

not to mention the people wit the *secret* sources, once everyone knows where they get their renders, they wont be able to produce one of a kind renda's

If the links are posted then there wouldnt be many renders todo since almost all the images on the site would get rendered.

Why dont mods PM the person and ask them where they got it instead of us going through trouble just to contribute.

I remember before all these rules came :P
