I just started rendering my first image, YAY!, but when I save it, it ask me if I want it interlaced or none.....I don't know what ot pick.....................
Having the Interlace on lets the image load gradually when on a page. This lets the web browser get a peak at the image when it's loading. It adds to file size, though. I suggest having it off especially when dealing with already big files like PNG-24s.
well thx for the help, but....but.........but............I started on a white background, and my friend told me I had to start on a transparent so there wouldn't be a B.G ( I SPENT 2 hours on that stupid render.....*runs and crys*
Just use the magnetic lasso tool and go around the image copy it and make a new file make sure backround contents set to transperent and paste the render on your new backround i hope this helps.
Another thing you should make sure to do when rendering is double-clicking the layer in the layer menu, and see that it doesn't have a little lock on the right hand side anymore. You'll have to hit enter to make the new layer editable. Once you've done this and you use the eraser, lasso, pen tool or whatever it should be transparent.
