This whole voting is stupid, because hes popular doesn't mean anything.

I voted for JMJ. I could cut them all out easily except the one JMJ's did lol

^^^ ehhh yeah, but it comes down to who gets the most votes from staff is who wins... So that applies even more.

Well yeah, but it is also he dwarfs us all in the amount of fans, which could see his name and be like "he created the most wonderfullest tut in the world, so he would have to be better." Not to say it is/isn't. But he brought it up so I proved the point for him, and on the other hand, his could be better.

 

Who really cares about the public voting anyways? I received no votes last week and ended up getting third. Public voting accounts for peanuts compared to the staff voting.

I voted for Huy not because of his popularity or the tutorial he made (if others want to then so be it).

I voted because IMO his render was by far the most difficult compared to all the rest.

Now with that being said it might of took huy 40 minutes to cut that render and others it might of took 4 hours, but we aren't judging or voting on the time it took. we are voting on the quality and detail that was put into the render(s).

Huy again imo has the most detail. The hair alone would take anyone (myself included) about hour to 2 hours alone. If you think you can do it fast i would like to see you prove that.

I am done with my little rant if you want to call it that, and people look at it this way when you use public voting you are going to get people who vote totally off popularity. That isn't the renderers fault, thats just the systems.
